Anne Ajayi joined our firm in June of 2017 and her practice encompasses real estate, construction, commercial litigation and estate planning. Anne graduated with a JD degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2016 where she earned a certificate in International and Comparative Law. While at Willamette, Anne was awarded the prestigious Roy Lockenour Award for Professional Responsibility.
Anne has a strong passion for the law and will apply her extensive knowledge to assist our clients navigate the ins and outs of complex commercial and real estate transactions, including – but not limited to – the challenges associated with contract review, change order disputes, liens and claims and bid disputes.
Anne spent two years while studying at Willamette in the Estate Planning Clinical Law Program advising clients regarding their estate plans. She enjoys interacting with clients and while personalizing estate plans she will consider the needs and goals of her clients in order to protect their interests and families.
Prior to Law School, Anne worked for over 8 years as a paralegal in several Seattle area law firms where her substantial experience in foreclosure law, loss mitigation and condominium and homeowners associations will provide our clients with a broad depth of knowledge.
Before embarking on her legal career, Anne graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in English.
